Usually takes from 1 - 2 weeks (can take up to 35 working days if any delay)
Standard Tracked Shipping 10 to 17 working days

$19.00 (for each product)

Express Shipping (DHL, UPS, TNT) 3 to 8 working days $29.00 (for each product)

 Shipping price includes tracking information and package insurance.



Processing Time 

If you still not received an email with your tracking number is because the status of your order is still in processing, it means that we're busy getting your order together ready to be sent out.

Our average processing time is between 1 to 7 days. If you are with shortly time you can contact us to know exactly what is our processing time to the item you want.

You'll receive an email when we send your order to you, which will include a tracking number.




Tracking numbers are updated. Tracking updates will be emailed upon availability and can be viewed at any time online from



Separate Packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

  • We want to ensure a speedier delivery
  • Certain items may be on backorder
  • Weight restrictions
  • Different warehouse location 




Please note orders are not processed or picked up on the weekends.

If you are ordering shoes, please keep in mind that shipping may take an additional time for processing.

Most of our items are available for expedited shipping. To check eligibility for an item, please email us.



Customs and Taxes
Packages may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances such as random custom inspections, or other unknown reasons.
Customs, import taxes, tariffs and item seizures are the sole responsibility of the customers. We will always dispatch your order so you don't need to pay tax, but we cannot guarantee there will be no tax.



Unclaimed Orders&Others
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

If after the delivery time of the delivery method you choose you don't receive the item we are unable to help you. It's from your responsibility to follow the item and their updates during those delivery time. After that we can't support the customer.
