"How to track my item?"
Allow 3 to 10 days to your tracking information show in our servers.
If your item was shipped by Express Shipping, you can track your items here:

If your item was shipped by Economy or Standard shipping and marked as "Other" when shipped:
You must go to 17track.net - CLICK HERE
The tracking status may need some time to be updated, specially when it's Economy or Standard shipping. Don't worry if the item says the same tracking status for one week. It's normal!
1) Select big blue box that says "UPU - Click here to track worldwide postal carrier shipment":
2) Paste your tracking number and click "Track":
3) Find all the information you need about your shipping status:
If after the delivery time of the delivery method you choose you don't receive the item we are unable to help you. It's from your responsibility to follow the item and their updates during those delivery time. After that we can't support the customer.
