"How to return my item?"

You can return any product you don't like within 7 days from the date of receipt. We invite you to try our products without removing their tags and seals, otherwise the return won't be authorized.

We will refund exclusively the products actually received by our warehouse.
If the item is not in its original condition or if the defect is not accept any refund will be made and the return will be sent back to you.
If the package will be returned to our warehouse without a return authorization and without the tracking number given, Awesome World will not refund.

2) You must attach 2 pictures with the product received. The pictures must show the defect (if it's your case) and the product in general.




After that process you must wait until our team process your request.

You will receive different shipping addresses for each product and you must always ship with tracking number.

If your request was accept you have until 3 days to ship the item back and to give us the tracking number. ( You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.) After those 3 days we may not accept your return.

You're also responsible to inform us that we will receive the item and to contact us when we receive it to give you the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
